Where is my order?

After placing your order, please allow our team two to four business days to carefully pack and ship it from our warehouse. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with tracking information, so you can easily monitor its journey online. Please be patient and allow up to 7 business days for your package to reach you from the date of shipment."

How can I track my order?

Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.

Note: Please give the tracking number 24-48 hours to update. 

My package is missing, can you help?

Please contact us if you have not received order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

How much is shipping?

United States: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75

For orders under $75, we charge $10

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange my item?

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges.

Return Policy

  • Must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the package.
  • Please include the original packing slip with your return.
  • Final Sale Items are not eligible for return.
  • All clothes must be in new condition, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Neatly fold clothes to prevent delays in processing.
